TRAMI Registry

Findings from the TRAMI Registry were presented at the annual meeting of cardiologists in Mannheim in no less than six scientific contributions. The registry provides an analysis of data from patients having received a MitraClip therapy to improve their mitral valve functionality.

Mrs. Zürn (Tübingen) presented the outcomes of patients with severe concomitant diseases. Professor Schillinger (Göttingen) gave two lectures. One comparing patients having been treated with one or two MitraClip systems, respectively. The other providing an overview of the project’s current state. Three posters were dealing with the connection between the prognosis post MitraClip implant and the cause of the valve malfunction, the patient’s heart rate, and renal failure as a concomitant disease. The presentations generated considerable interest among the audience of professionals.
